About us

Transforming insight into understanding, understanding into meaningful action, and meaningful action into lasting change.

At Inclusion in Action, we believe the future of education begins with deeper understanding. The complexity of today’s classrooms cannot be addressed through more programmes or compliance alone. As our understanding of neuroscience, human development and learning continues to evolve, so too must the way we support children, families and schools.

Inspired by Professor Mel Ainscow’s vision of inclusion as a dynamic process of collaborative inquiry, we see inclusion not as a destination, but as a continual commitment to noticing, understanding, reflecting and adapting. Lasting inclusion is created when schools become learning communities, continually asking better questions, listening more deeply and using evidence to shape meaningful change.

Inclusion in Action is an intelligent professional inquiry infrastructure built on that belief.

It is neither a course library nor a compliance tool. It is an ecosystem that combines five strands to strengthen professional judgement and support schools in building sustainable, evidence-informed cultures of inclusion.

  • Embodied Neuroscience
  • Relational Learning
  • The Science of Learning
  • Inclusion Science
  • Inquiry Intelligence

At the heart of the platform

The Inclusion Coach

An AI-powered inquiry partner designed not to provide answers, but to deepen professional thinking through purposeful questioning and reflection. Working across both whole-school improvement and individual learner inquiry, it helps educators connect observations, identify patterns and turn insight into meaningful action.

Beyond the platform, we support schools and families through Foundations of Emotion Coaching, consultancy, assessment and embodied coaching, creating a shared language that connects research with everyday practice.

We believe technology should never replace human judgement, it should strengthen it. By combining intelligent technology with evidence-informed practice and the power of human relationships, we help schools move beyond isolated initiatives towards cultures where curiosity, connection and continuous learning drive inclusion from the inside out.

Our ambition is simple.

  • To help schools become places that continually learn.
  • Where educators ask better questions.
  • Where evidence strengthens professional judgement.
  • Where every child is understood before they are judged.
  • And where inclusion is not something schools achieve once, but something they continually create together.

Because inclusion is always in action.
